hello any body who checks in..im still working on getting this website overhauled...new mp3s, new photos, stories, what-not. i wasnt kidding about new releases...ive put together a 3-dics live retospective on the poets in state college and lengthened spring mix to a full sized allbum, all of which will be available here soon...

the Recipe is about to release a full-length live disc called all you can eat on homegrown in late september early august...we ahve been also working hard on a new studio album that is coming along nicely and should be out in february...both albums contain a bunch of my work and im as proud of this stuff as anything ive ever done...
