Acoustic Shows

January 29th, 2007

Howdy Everyone…

Saturday, February 17th I will be doing a set with my old pal Bill Stetz (upright bass) at Finn McCools in Hatfield, PA. We’ll play between bands Seventh Street and the Redd I. Ramblers for a show to benefit the Plummer Cancer Fund and hopefully help out our dear friends the Plummers. Ron Plummer is the talented design artist responsible for the cover art for “Kris Kehr – Long, Long Year” and “LOWdOGS – In The Tall Grass” and him and his wife Sara could use all our help. It is a “Beef & Beer” Benefit which means all the food you can eat, domestic beers you can drink and music you can hear from 8 to 12 for a donation of $40 which goes directly to the Plummers. A WONDERFUL cause that directly helps our friends in need.

This coming Sunday, Feb 18th I’ll be at Zeno’s in State College, PA with some friends from Stone Poets for a slimmed-down acoustic show…showtime 9:30..

Next Saturday, February 24th I’ll be doing a set of my songs at Expansion Magazine’s Launch Party at Minerals Resort & Spa/Route 94 & Chamonix Drive/Vernon, NJ – it costs $50/person and promises to be BIG…

Other performers include Todd Sheaffer, The Still River Band, Angelo Melasecca, Bob Nicholson, An Exotic Performance by The Goddess Essence Dancers, Jeff Toale, Peter Holmgren & Kevin Andreas & The Smokin’ Buddies.

Poetry reading featuring: Jim Berkheiser & The Featured Poet of Expansion’s first issue: Jean LeBlanc

Local artists will exhibit their work: Linda Barboni, Melissa Graff, Arlene Higginson & Marie Liu
